Personalized Group Fitness (3-12 people)

Service Description

Request private fitness instruction for groups of 3-12 people. All gear will be provided. Customized to suit the needs and levels of the group. Great for team building. Choose specific training such as barre, yoga, strength training or specific approach to address improved balance, increased mobility, flexibility, and overall longevity.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hour notice. Thank you. Frost Creek members: spa cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time are billed at half service rate. No-show appointments are billed at full service rate.
