Cancellation Policy
Spa services may be canceled or modified up until 24 hours in advance of appointment time. Within 24 hours, half of the fee of service will be billed to the member account if the service is canceled. Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time, including a no-show, the full fee of service will be billed to the member account. Thank you for understanding.
