How Many Sessions?

Everyone feels a shift in their first session. You will notice your body relaxing and your mind becoming clearer right away. But lasting change takes practice. Just like building strength at the gym, your nervous system learns through repetition.

One session is a reset. A series of sessions creates lasting change. As a baseline, I recommend six sessions for your body to establish a new pattern of calm and balance. Some clients notice major change sooner. Others choose 8 to 10 sessions for deeper transformation.

Your first session is where we create your personalized plan. We will review what your system reveals and I'll recommend the number of sessions that will best support you. Every system is unique and your plan will be, too. No guessing, no one-sized-fits all.

What if I Travel or Live Somewhere Else?

In-Person or Remote Sessions

 

A remote session with The LIFE System works by leveraging the concept of quantum entanglement, which suggests that energy and information can connect across distances. During a session, the practitioner inputs the client's unique information such as name, birthday, location, into the system. This data acts as a "frequency signature," allowing the system to energetically connect with the client through the quantum field. 

The LIFE System then scans the client's energetic fields, identifying imbalances and stressors. Corrective frequencies are sent through the quantum field to help restore balance, detoxify and promote wellbeing. This non-invasive process is highly-effective, providing the same benefits as in-person sessions, regardless of physical location.
