Private Fitness (1-2 people)

Service Description

Request private fitness instruction. This 60 minute session will be designed around your goals, interests and ability level. Choose specific training such as barre, yoga, strength training, or request a more customized approach for a goal of achieving greater balance, increased mobility, improved flexibility, overall longevity.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hour notice. Thank you. Frost Creek members: spa cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time are billed at half service rate. No-show appointments are billed at full service rate.
