Service Description

Guided meditation offers the training and support you might need to develop a consistent and regular meditation practice. Learn to tune in to your inner self and build intuition practices through thoughtful guided techniques. Guided meditations can be offered online via Zoom or FaceTime, as well. Details will be sent upon booking. You can share what intention you are setting for your meditation session at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hour notice. Thank you. Frost Creek members: spa cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time are billed at half service rate. No-show appointments are billed at full service rate.
