Infrared Sauna
Heat has been used for healing for thousands of years. The infrared sauna takes that ancient wisdom and makes it precise. Unlike a traditional sauna that heats the air around you, infrared penetrates directly into the body, warming you from the inside out at a lower, more comfortable temperature. The result is a deeper sweat, deeper detox, any nervous system that finally exhales.

Your body already knows how to heal. Sometimes it just needs heat to remember.
Infrared sauna is different from traditional saunas in one important way. Rather than heating the surrounding air to extreme temperatures, infrared light penetrates the body directly, warming tissue from the inside out. This allows for a deeply therapeutic experience at a temperature most people find comfortable enough to stay in longer, which is where the real benefits begin.
Detoxification: deeper sweat at the cellular level releasing toxins that are regular sweat session can't reach.
Circulation: increased blood flow that supports cardiovascular health and tissue repair.
Muscle recovery: heat, penetration, eases, soreness, tension, and chronic pain.
Immune support: the gentle rise in core temperature mimics a healing fever response.
Skin health: increased circulation brings oxygen and nutrients to the surface.
Nervous system regulation: sustained warmth signals safety to a body that has been running on high alert.
Stress and cortisol reduction: one of the most consistent and immediate benefits reported.
What to expect:
You arrive, you settle in, you let the heat do its work. Sessions typically run 20 to 40 minutes. There is a bluetooth speaker inside of the sauna. You can connect your favorite podcast, video or guided meditation to listen to during your session. Hydrate well before and after. Electolytes are recommended following your session.
