Service Description

Traditional Swedish massage to ease muscle tension and promote relaxation. Massage doesn't need to hurt in order to make you feel better. In fact, sometimes too much pressure triggers a fight or flight response in the body's nervous system. We want to calm the nervous system to promote deeper healing.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hour notice. Thank you. Frost Creek members: spa cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time are billed at half service rate. No-show appointments are billed at full service rate.
